I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in The Art of Cultivating the Landprogram hosted by A Noble Foundation.

I understand that participation may involve:

• Interaction with animals, including horses and cattle

• Outdoor environmental conditions

• Walking on uneven terrain

I understand that while reason precautions and supervision will be provided, participation in outdoor and agricultural activities carries inherent risks.

Liability Waiver & Release

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in this program and release, waive, and hold harmless A Noble Foundation, its directors, volunteers, facilitators, educators, partners, property owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in program activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize ANF staff or representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.

Photo / Video Release

Yes, I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during program activities for educational, promotional, editorial, social media, website, grant, or marketing purposes associated with A Noble Foundation and Noble Adventures Magazine.

I agree for my child to wear clothes with no visible logos and understand their photo will be taken through-out the 3 days

Parent / Guardian Agreement

I certify that I am the legal parent/guardian of the child listed above and that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have read and understand this permission and liability release form.
